Head of Service Delivery

As a Head of Service Delivery, you will oversee the entire implementation organization at a global level. This role will be critical in the expansion and management of our delivery organization, from coordinating projects with the project managers, to installing our system with Augury personnel and business partners and supporting our customers.
A Day In Your Life
- Build, develop, and grow the team to align with delivery targets
- Manage the end to end delivery process to ensure we are meeting defined quarterly commitments on time and in budget
- Ensure consistent delivery by developing performance metrics, process standardization, and delivering uniform consistent, repeatable, and scalable customer experience
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and processes across the implementation stages
- Work strongly with the Director of Customer Success to build a strong hand-off from implementation to customer support and customer success
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience managing delivery teams & scaling processes and building teams globally. Experience working in a software/technology/product/IT environment. Experience working with customers in multiple geographies. Strong project and/or program management experience.
- Expert Relationship Builder: You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You’re able to lead without authority and flourish in cross-functional teams.
- Customer in the Center: The customer is in the center of the work that you do. You anticipate the customer’s needs and develop an approach to deliver engagement and value.
- Attention to Details: You can follow a lot of moving parts and love to see a plan come together. You are extremely organized, with strong attention to detail. You work with a high sense of urgency while being extremely accurate and use a process-driven and data-driven approach.
