What You’ll Do:
The Head of Strategic Client Management leads our fast-growing global strategy & client service team. With deep multi-channel marketing and industry knowledge, the Head of Strategic Client Management is responsible for building and nurturing the team that is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction, turning our industry-leading creative data and platform intelligence into tangible client value while building a scalable platform service model.
- Drive client satisfaction, growth & retention
- Build & manage a global team of strategic client directors, managers and associates; determining staffing needs, evolving roles & responsibilities as our offering evolves, and nurturing the team’s growth and well-being
- Bridge analytics and creative development by effectively translating data into action; you’ll merge science with art, and skillfully guide the team through developing work that works - rooting testing plans and all recommendations in deep understanding of best practices, data performance, and brand / business strategy.
- Develop systems & structures that fuel a scalable platform service model for brand direct, agency, platform partnerships, and SMB relationships
- Collaborate tightly across the client solutions org, connecting strategy and service to our creative operations and our scaled service ecosystems.
- Build a strong partnership with sales teams, finding ways to best deploy strategic recommendations into the sales process to both land and expand clients.
- Translate client needs into product opportunity, identifying opportunities to evolve & grow our product.
- Provide executive level client leadership for key existing and prospective stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- You have 10+ years of proven experience working in related fields (i.e Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, Data Strategy, Creative Strategy, Media Strategy) with an emphasis on client service
- You are fluent in working with digital platforms in a marketing capacity, collaborating with creative, data and media agencies as well as client marketing organizations.
- You are global; you understand and value cultural differences yet have a knack for finding common ground as we build a consistent international solution. You have experience navigating global vs local market needs.
- You have experience across many client types, from brand-driven packaged goods and luxury brands to fast-moving performance-driven digital native brands
- You have superb interpersonal skills; you build bridges and have high EQ. You are a highly effective communicator, who can simplify the complex. You are an excellent listener while also having a strong presence in meetings.
- You are a right & left-brained thinker; you connect the dots, and delight in the application of data to drive performance in creative storytelling.
- You have the vision that connects client experience to product opportunity, and the ability to operationalize new capabilities through people, process and product.
- You have excellent organizational skills and are a proven initiator who needs minimal guidance to achieve goals.
- You are naturally comfortable interacting with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level, both internally and with clients. You work cross-functionally with ease.
- You are reliable, and excited to show up each day with a “can-do” attitude; you’re fluent in modern ways of working - you don’t miss a beat, working with and leading in a distributed workforce.
- You see opportunity in problems, and approach them with positivity. You embrace growth and the necessary change that must come with it. You are a builder at your core.
