The Role: Information Technology Support Manager

Winklevoss Capital Management is looking to hire our first dedicated in-house IT Support Manager. In this role you'll be responsible for the support, growth, and direction of all technology within WCM. Our small office is growing fast, and we need a hand-on, experienced technology manager to both directly support all our employees, and shape our technology future. 


Responsibilities
 - Day to day support of all technology assets, platforms, and systems
 - Develop and maintain local networks, including LAN, WiFi, and VPNs
 - Partnering with our technology vendors to provide best of breed services to our employees
 - Identifying, and executing on a technology vision to meet the requirements of WCM now, and in the future
Requirements
 - Proven experience managing technology in a small or medium business
 - Hands-on support, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems
 - Experience in growing a technology team nothing, demonstrating success along the way
 - Knowledge of macOS and MacBooks to support our Apple-centric office
 - Experience with Google Suite, O365, Slack, VOIP
 - Experience with identifying, and negotiating with vendors to deliver great technology products to our company
 - Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
 - Excellent communication ability
 - Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
 - In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
 - Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
 - Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
