Outbrain is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and customer-centric Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Global Growth team.

Responsible for generating acquisition and retention-based revenue, this self-starter will blend the powers of Inside Sales and Account Management in one, opportunistic role.

Starting with lead generation, you’ll move a client all the way through the Outbrain funnel, supporting with opportunity conversion, new client onboarding, and day-to-day account management activities, to help drive long-term value through Outbrain.

  • Convert inbound leads to successful Outbrain advertisers through call-based pitches, proposal development, and administration to ensure a great client experience.

  • Manage client kickoff calls and onboarding processes for new partners to help educate them on native’s best practices and optimizations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues; timeliness is key here!

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-based insights to help clients with their strategy and optimization.

  • Manage and grow your own book of business, helping your clients achieve the best ROAS possible.

  • Provide key insights to technical and product teams to help identify opportunities to enhance the product and overall customer experience.



  • 0-2 years of experience; specifically in Sales/Account Management, understanding performance marketing and the digital landscape.

  • Experience buying media on Outbrain (or other native platforms) a plus.

  • Go-getter attitude; you’re hungry to achieve revenue goals through direct selling, upselling, and renewals.

  • Analytical; you're comfortable digging through data, manipulating it in excel, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients.

  • Optimistic attitude, strong passion for your work, intellectual curiosity, and ability to positively influence your peers.

  • Storyteller; you’re proficient with presentation software and comfortable presenting data-driven stories and recommendations, internally and externally.
