As a Lab Manager you should have 5+ years experience as Sr IT Administrator. You will be responsible for the design, configuration, installation, trouble shooting and providing management and administration control over the lab. It is imperative you have a well-rounded background in many environments and be a jack of all trades, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. In the role you will set up demo environments as well as configuring and setting up production environments. At Turbonomic, our demo environments are considered production. Additionally, you will be responsible for lab implementation and developing or enhancing environments with home built scripts or 3rd party utilities like load generator.

To be successful, it is essential for you to develop an understand the Turbonomic product and use cases. You will interact with IT as well as sales and field engineering to understand and design production quality demo environment, training environment for educational services as well as sandbox and learning environment for field and internal on-boarding classes.
