How does your team reward individual success?
We're big believers in reward. What projects are you most excited about?
You get to really drive the life cycle of new features from high level concept to delivery and support. These aren’t small features either… you’re managing some of the most impactful features that will bring a tremendous amount of value to enterprise customers across the globe. It’s not common to be able to walk away with that level of impact.
How has your career grown since starting at the company?
My career has grown quite a bit since joining. I joined Turbonomic as a Marketing Associate and was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager within my first 8 months due to the projects I took initiative on. I was then offered a new role as Brand Marketing Manager a year later because the company had a need for it and it's been a ride since then!

What is your vision for the company?
The challenges in hybrid cloud management cannot be solved at human scale. It must be done through software. To solve the hybrid cloud management challenges, we must start with a platform comprising of three core tenets: Abstraction, Analysis, and Automation. We're on a mission to transform how IT operates to enable a hybrid cloud world.

What’s the vibe like in the office?
The office is very relaxed, but with constant collaboration happening all around. There is xbox, table tennis, puzzle stations and a lot of break out areas for quiet work. Everyone is extremely friendly and always willing to help out with any project you're working on, this includes our founders/execs. Overall, it's supportive and challenging.
