Job Title: Manager, Events


Primary Purpose: Coach is seeking a Manager to join the North America Marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a broad knowledge of the events & fashion industry, has a proven record of executing events, and who is a creative with an eye for details.The position is within the NA Marketing team and works cross functionally with Global Events, PR, Marketing, Creative, 3D stakeholders.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency team to…

  • Support on a wide range of activations, including open and client events in-store, influencer events and more
  • Ensure Coach event experiences bring Coach brand & values to life and align with business priorities
  • Ideate creative ideas on event concept & design. Concept Seasonal Ideas for Open, Client, Press & Influencer focused events
  • Source and partner with a variety of vendors i.e. catering, design, floral, venues, photographers
  • Build and maintain detailed budgets for events
  • Track results and impact of event
  • Partner with the North America field leadership to devise and implement the North America events strategy with a strong focus on retention and recruitment; ensure a successful implementation of all events


The accomplished invidual will possess…

  • Minimum 4+ years of event management experience (preferably corporate events or agency)
  • Able to create and promote new and innovative event ideas and design to deliver unique user experiences (retail & fashion experience preferred)
  • Existing contacts within the event production industry
  • Collaborative attitude with a strong eye for detail and hands-on approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for business
  • Experience managing budgets from inception to final reconciliation with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Able to demostrate strategic thinking on all program related matters with alignment to the company vision
  • Knowledge of virtual platforms and online event management
  • Positive attitude and team player with willingness to roll up sleeves when necessary
  • Ability to travel
