Office Manager

We’re looking for an amazing Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and oversee daily operations for our New York Office. Daily tasks include managing office requests such as ordering and stocking supplies, working closely with our onsite building management, partnering with our external vendors and planning and managing company wide in office & remote events. This role is part of the People Team and reports directly to our VP of Operations, and will involve HR Operations as well. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who can wear multiple hats, manage a variety of office logistics and is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Report directly from our New York Office managing all office operations and admin
- Ensure our shared spaces are well organized, maintained and running smoothly
- Responsible for all office requests such as ordering supplies and making sure our kitchen is well stocked with our teams favorite snacks and beverages
- Plan and coordinate company wide in office and remote events, team meetings, and all-hands
- Manage office activities including our landlord relationship, cleaning/maintenance scheduling, supply ordering, furniture and setup, and correspondence with office vendors
- Be actively involved with the People team in onboarding of new team members, providing support on new policy and process, and team related administrative tasks
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of administrative, workplace, or office operations experience
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively take on additional responsibilities
- Experience planning and managing company wide team events
- Knowledge of office management duties, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in technology tools, including G-Suite, teleconferencing applications, and expense management systems
- Familiarity with HR Operations would be an asset
