About this role:


Ogury is looking for a Personal Assistant for the CEO, this role will be based in our New York office. You will have the chance to be exposed to a high growth business with huge ambitions for this year. As you will be the first PA to the CEO, you will have a lot of feasibility and opportunities to increase his efficiency.

What you will be doing

  • Managing personal requests 
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, which includes management of last minute changes
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines 
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation both personal and business related
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Liaising with key stakeholders (C-levels, the Board, banks…)
  • Checking signature for documents 

About you

  • Previous experience as A PA or EA, a role where you demonstrated examples of being resourceful and increasing efficiencies in a business process
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility and adaptability, start up mentality
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • You speak French and English
