The Challenge
We are looking for an expert Concierge Receptionist to join our New York workplace team! Based at our dedicated building entrance, you will be responsible for leading the entry and exit experience for all employees, visitors and guests to the Take-Two Corporate headquarters in New York.
What You’ll Take On
- Be responsible for the Reception, Front of House and Concierge functions, and all associated duties.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming experience to all employees, visitors and guests entering the office.
- Own the guest experience on both arrival to and departure from the office.
- Meet and greet any clients, customers, and visitors to the offices in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer concierge-style services to all guests, supporting with queries and assisting as required.
- Take ownership of reception area, maintaining high level of service and always positively representing the business.
- Partner with Security team to promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere on entry into the building.
- Monitor T2’s main telephone line and direct calls to appropriate party.
- Ensure the reception desk and phones are always supported, through effective organization and collaborating with colleagues.
- Assist with on-site events, continuing an exemplary guest experience as required.
- Provide support with workplace ticketing requests via ServiceNow, responding to relevant queries and acting as a quick-response contact for workplace team.
- Support with courier deliveries, engaging with employees and workplace team on the booking process and ensuring outgoing items are dispatched as requested.
- Handle incoming mail, processing this via the Envoy system and working with the workplace team to arrange delivery to employees.
- Supervise and schedule conference rooms as needed.
- Produce and maintain local information guides as a source of knowledge for employees and guests, building relationships to support recommendations for restaurants, hotels, taxis/airport transfers, parking etc.
- Provide administrative support to Workplace department, including ad-hoc scheduling and diary management for workplace leadership, and supporting with general admin duties.
- Actively participate as part of the emergency response team onsite, supporting during fire evacuations.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience of working on a fast-paced, dynamic Front of House environment.
- Ability to work under minimal direction, and to keep composed in a lively and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact with vendors and external contacts in a professional manner.
- Good PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
