What you’ll do:

• Represent the IEX brand with integrity in all interactions, both internal and external
• Greet all visitors with warmth and hospitality, from high profile clients to the delivery guy
• Manage front desk security list, ensuring a high quality experience for IEX guests, while monitoring for potential risks
• Answer the phones, using best judgment to manage call volume for the executives
• Pitch in around the office, keeping meeting spaces tidy and keeping the kitchen stocked
• Assist the team with ad hoc projects as needed, such as catering, event planning, and more.

Your background:

• Front desk, service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Tech and business savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel & expense programs; willing to learn new software as needed
