As a Regional Customer Success Manager you are the “go to” partner for district leaders. Leveraging industry and regional knowledge, you will be building and managing relationships with key decision-makers. By breaking down their curricular goals, you will work together to make sure they are executing on their intended use case of Newsela. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor managing every step of the client life cycle, leading to successful achievement of a district's desired outcomes and resulting in renewal and expansion of their Newsela subscription.
