Joining Collibra's Business Operations team:

Collibra is looking for a Senior Manager, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Business Process to help us scale and reduce friction. You will report to the Head of Business Operations and be responsible for leading and overseeing continuous improvements in all things Q2C. 

Living Collibra’s value of “Embrace and drive change”, you will work cross-functionally to root out inefficiencies and friction in our Q2C process as well as introduce new automation opportunities to improve up- and down-stream business processes.

The Senior Manager, Q2C Business Process is responsible for:

  • Leading our Q2C process improvement initiatives and partnering with IT to build and maintain a prioritized IT Project Roadmap in line with business goals
  • Developing and documenting business requirements to reduce friction in the sales process
  • Understanding the full Q2C ecosystem and all up/down stream impacts to ensure transactions and data flow properly between various systems and teams
  • Fostering cross-functional partnerships with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, AR, and IT to execute on these initiatives
  • Participation in key project phases from requirements definition, testing, sign-off, change management, training and communications

You Have:

  • A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience working in a Commercial function within the SaaS industry (Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations experience)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and CPQ and an understanding of how they enable the end-to-end sales process
  • A proven record of success in driving improvements in sales efficiency and building systems for scale
  • Managed large scale projects that involve thinking critically about business processes, quality data flows, and automating workflows
  • The ability to facilitate cross-team discussions, drive decisions, and obtain buy-in for change

  • Able to “see the big picture” across people, process,  data and systems and how to drive change that is in line with the goals and priorities of the business  
  • Excited to design and build new operational processes and be a driver of change in a fast-growing company
  • Able to be a collaborative partner to define operational strategy and best practices with cross-functional leaders and teams
  • Someone with strong intellectual curiosity to continually challenge the status quo and explore what should be changed to best meet evolving business needs
  • Well versed in project management methodologies

Reporting to Collibra's Head of Business Operations, the measures of success for this role are:

  • Within your first month, you will gain an understanding of Q2C systems, processes, and products at Collibra and get up to speed on current Q2C projects underway
  • Within your third month, you will be leading the Business Ops Q2C Salesforce Lightning and CPQ projects
  • Within your sixth month, you will develop a roadmap in partnership with Corp IT to drive the future direction of Collibra’s Q2C processes
