Job Title: Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships and Community
Primary Purpose: The newly created position of Senior Manager, Brand Partnership and Community, will help define the short- and long-term vision and strategy for Brand Partnerships and Community at Coach.
This position operates across the Retail channel, with the objective of fueling community in-stores and online, customer engagement, and unique brand partnerships.

- Champion and partner to drive the vision and strategy for brand partnerships and community for Coach stores and Coach.com
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing and business teams in defining and prioritizing the innovation roadmap
- Lead referral program (Refer-A-Friend) to drive loyalty and acquisition for Coach Retail
- Lean into loyalty, sustainability and brand purpose to drive community for the brand
- Leverage in-store events to create an in person community hub and lead 360 plans to foster community in this space & across digital
- Unify UGC, influencer and store associate programs for a 360 marketing approach to drive community
- Identify unique partnership opportunities to enhance brand position and drive customer acquisition
- Actively source, evaluate, pitch and negotiate with new partnerships while fostering long term relationships
- Drive the development of the partnership innovation roadmap and integration into broader calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and integrate processes for new, ongoing initiatives; continuously identify opportunities to streamline ways of working to ensure teams and processes remain agile and nimble
- Maintain robust competitive intelligence and pulse on digital trends to ensure Coach remains at the forefront of innovation

- Possess 7+ years experience in Marketing, Partnerships, and / or Digital
- Have proven track record of success in creating and growing partnerships to amplify larger business opportunities and goals
- Experience developing and executing consumer-first integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills; perseverance when presented with barriers or ambiguity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and react with appropriate sense of urgency
- Be at the forefront in understanding marketing, culture and media trends as well as practices and principles related to the implementation of corporate partnerships & sponsorships
- Have a team-oriented approach; ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels
- Have exceptional attention to detail, strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to negotiate and influence peers and members of cross-functional teams
