The Vimeo Solutions team is dedicated to ensuring our Enterprise clients are getting the most out of Vimeo’s offerings. The Branded Apps team, as part of Solutions, is responsible for building and maintaining our portfolio of nearly 2,000 apps across supported platforms. In this role, you will work across product and engineering teams, onboarding and account management teams, and App Stores to ensure that client apps are live in a timely manner!

The Technical Operations Associate will be responsible for incorporating our clients’ design goals into workable graphic assets that function in our system and are accessible and engaging to the users of our applications on all major platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Work with graphic design software to produce branded assets for mobile and TV applications
• Review, revise, and provide useful feedback on client branding files to ensure they meet app platform requirements and our quality standards.
• Generate engaging, creative, and unique app store screenshots that help our clients stand out
• Assist with improving the speed, reliability, and creativity of our branded app design pipeline
• Collaborate closely with Technical Program Managers and Account Managers throughout the app design process
• Handle escalations from colleagues related to app design

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• Proficiency in industry standard graphic design software applications, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Sketch, etc.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of design fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills regarding design best practices and an ability to explain more complex topics such as file types, compression, and software details to people who are trying to move quickly
• Deep understanding of graphic file types, compression and methods of file size optimization, and vector files

Bonus points:

• Experience giving, receiving, or implementing feedback on graphic design, ideally from less technical partners
