The Role

User success is relentlessly ensuring the adoption of the Cedar platform across our patient and provider end users. Success is achieved through the use of effective user training, efficient support processes and a dedication to fostering relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial and implementation teams to facilitate end user training
  • Tailor end user training documents (manuals, videos and scripts) to current client needs
  • Create and drive best practice solutions and methodologies for user success to exceed client expectations and to increase product support efficiencies
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management on the “health” of a client
  • Advocate for our users internally and work closely with cross-functional teams to define ways to continually add value to the patient experience
  • Identify user pain points and communicate client feedback to the commercial, engineering, and product teams
  • Influence future product development and help identify functionality that will increase patient satisfaction and reduce support requirements
  • Create processes and procedures that will allow scalable user support to clients

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in end user training, classroom instruction or teaching, preferably for EHR / EMR
  • Highly articulate in verbal communications, with ability to present to all levels and audiences
  • Experience translating customer business requirements into applicable training curricula, tailored to varying end-user roles
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to help make programs and customers successful
  • Demonstrated the ability to self-manage towards a set of defined goals and can prioritize among many different tasks
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with cross-functional teams
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and good judgement
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills - you care about people and are passionate about helping others
  • Self-starter and excited to work in a changing, start up environment
  • Ability to travel to domestic customer locations as needed
