Weekend Support Associate - Part Time at 101
101 is transforming college STEM education with a next-generation active learning platform and we are seeking a Weekend Support Associate to help support and grow our customer base of instructors and students.
At 101, we practice intelligent support. We seek to anticipate questions, resolve issues with few touches, and practice empathy with every interaction. Initially, this position will handle support tickets coming in via our email-style messaging system, but eventually this position will cover Live Chat, Phone, Video and Support Articles as well. You will need to be self-sufficient as you will be working outside of our normal hours, but ample training will be provided to prepare you for the types of tickets and issues you will be covering.
What you will do:
Answer support tickets via Zendesk
Track issues reported to other teams via Slack
Check on accounts via internal tools and Salesforce
Minor Data Entry and Reporting as needed
Keep Support articles up to date
You’ll be a great fit if:
You can teach yourself how to use programs and software quickly, and love to do it
You’d rather get the right answer rather than the quick answer
You are a quick and clear communicator (must be highly proficient in English)
You have some experience working in a customer facing environment
