The Oracle Cloud HCM Sr. Manager leads implementations of Oracle HCM solutions, manages client relationships, and conducts workshops to define requirements and configure solutions.
The Hackett Group is looking for a passionate, Oracle Cloud HCM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ORC and Learning implementation, upgrades, and migration projects.
Oracle Cloud Senior Manager, Job Responsibilities:
- Experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting ORC, Learning and talent
- Project experience as an implementation Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud projects
- Interest in growing module knowledge and delivering solutions
- Maintain knowledge of current technologies and practice in Oracle Cloud, business processes, and consulting initiatives
- Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
- Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches
- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Conduct system cutover and post-implementation support
- Provide technical resolution including functional review of integrations, data mapping, data analysis, and data migration support
- Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Manage a project successfully; yourself, onshore and offshore team, and the client
Oracle Cloud Senior Manager Job Requirements:
- Consulting experience
- Hands on project experience in at least two to three Full Life Cycle implementations in Oracle HCM products; from planning to configuration through go-live
- Able to engage in HCM best practices and storytelling
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills
- Impeccable communication and follow-up
- Follow Hackett methodology
- Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
- Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience (from planning to configuration through go-live) with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Learning and Talent Modules.
- Experience managing workstreams, estimating, implementation planning and project management to ensure project timelines are met
Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or in New York City.
