We're looking for an Organic Social Strategist to own and grow the social presence of our law firm clients across platforms. You'll be responsible for developing channel strategy, creating and publishing content, building audience engagement, and reporting on what's working; all through an organic-first lens.
This isn't a scheduling-and-posting role. We want someone who thinks strategically about why content works, understands platform nuance deeply, and can turn complex legal topics into content that actually connects with people.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies for law firm clients across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X tailored to each platform's audience and format
- Create, curate, and manage all published content: written posts, images, and short-form video with a consistent voice and a clear strategic purpose behind each piece
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with audiences to build brand loyalty and community for our clients
- Analyze organic performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights; adjusting content strategy based on what's resonating
- Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce visuals and content that make complex legal topics approachable and engaging
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging formats to keep our clients ahead of the curve
- Develop and maintain content calendars that align with each client's broader marketing strategy and campaign moments
- Prepare clear, client-ready performance reports that communicate organic growth, engagement trends, and strategic recommendations
- Pitch in on broader digital marketing initiatives when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing organic social media for brands or clients: agency experience strongly preferred
- Deep familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X: you understand how content performs differently across each platform and why
- Strong writing skills: you can adapt tone and voice to fit a brand, and you know how to write for social (not just marketing copy)
- Proven ability to grow and engage an audience organically: you can point to results, not just activity
- Comfort with social analytics tools and translating performance data into clear strategic recommendations
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and reliability: you proactively flag issues and keep stakeholders informed without being chased
- Ability to make legal content feel human, relevant, and worth engaging with
Bonus Skills
- Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) - particularly in support of organic content strategy
- Short-form video production or editing skills (Reels, TikTok-style content)
- Familiarity with influencer or community outreach programs
- Experience in legal, professional services, or other regulated industries
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) with matching
- Flexible work schedule
- Up to $500 reimbursement for pet adoption fees or vaccinations
- Team outings and events a few times per year
- Professional development opportunities
