Perform surgeries at a certified ambulatory surgery center, collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and physician assistants, and provide preoperative and postoperative patient care. Participate in limited call coverage, use EPIC EMR, and contribute to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

This Orthopedist will be joining a tenured, and well-respected team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants. You will be the second Total Joint Surgeon in the group and can anticipate a 400+ joint a year practice once fully ramped up.

* Walk into a robust Total Joint practice
* Operate out of an ASC with Total Joint Certification of Excellence
* Minimal Call - 3-4 Calls per month
* Largest Primary Care base in the region
* PAs to assist with pre-ops, post-ops, and more
* Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support
* EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications:
* BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery
* Fellowship training in Total Joint
* Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
* Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
* Current BLS certification prior to start date
* EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $457,500 - $931,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
