Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Mid-Level: Minimum 3 years of hands-on flight line maintenance experience, directly supporting the P-8 or 737NG
- A current/active United States Passport
- At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short-notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Senior level: Minimum 5 years of hands-on flight line maintenance experience, directly supporting the P-8 or 737NG
- Currently hold or have held an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
- Prior experience as an FSR supporting an aircraft weapon system
- Hands-on aircraft experience with P-3 or P-8 aircraft operations or sustainment
- P-8 mission systems and operations expertise
- Understanding of Boeing aircraft maintenance technical systems, US Navy maintenance and parts manuals & engineering drawings, especially wiring diagrams and/or fiber optics
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and avionics problems/issues
- Quality Assurance experience in an aircraft maintenance or production environment
- Experience working with the US Navy or military customers
- Experience establishing a new operating base or site while working in austere conditions
- Ability to work independently without direct oversight
