About the role
As a Paid Social Senior Account Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for a range of leading brands across industries including Fashion, Beauty, Gaming, Tech, and Lifestyle.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of campaigns across major social platforms, helping to drive performance through audience targeting, testing, reporting, and optimization. Working closely with the wider Paid Media team, you'll gain exposure to integrated social-first campaigns while developing your expertise across paid social strategy and execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising, ideally within an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, platform reporting tools, and performance dashboards to drive campaign optimizations.
- Understanding of key paid media metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Excellent organisation, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with eCommerce, consumer brands, influencer whitelisting, paid amplification, or social-first campaigns is advantageous.
- Relevant platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok, Pinterest, or Google) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, launch, management, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage day-to-day campaign delivery, budgets, audience targeting, and performance to ensure client objectives and KPIs are achieved.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations to improve efficiency and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Produce campaign reports and performance analyses, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of media plans, audience strategies, testing frameworks, and campaign forecasts.
- Collaborate with Creative, Influencer Marketing, and Client Services teams to deliver integrated campaigns and high-performing ad creative.
- Assist with client communications and account management, ensuring a high standard of service and campaign delivery.
- Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Location: This role is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Applicants must be available to work 9:00am–6:00pm EST. For candidates located in New York, this is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our New York office.
