What you'll doPartner engagement and relationship managementServe as the engagement point between Kyriba and assigned partner organizations, helping to build trusted, productive relationships across both companies.
Develop a strong understanding of the partner’s organization, operating model, priorities, escalation paths, and stakeholder landscape, and help Kyriba teams engage with the right counterparts at the right time.
Support regular partner governance cadences, including working sessions, operational reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates, to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability.
Identify areas of misalignment, friction, or ambiguity between the organizations and help drive resolution through clear communication, stakeholder coordination, and practical follow through.
Maintain a balanced view of the partnership, ensuring that delivery, product, relationship, and business considerations are appropriately represented in ongoing engagement.
Lead or support the development of Statements of Work and related engagement documentation for partner-led or partner-supported initiatives.
Coordinate scope definition discussions across Kyriba, the partner, and, where appropriate, customer-facing teams to ensure responsibilities, assumptions, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are clearly documented.
Work with professional services, legal, commercial, product, and partner stakeholders to ensure SOWs reflect realistic delivery expectations and an agreed engagement model.
Help manage changes in scope, assumptions, dependencies, or timelines by coordinating the appropriate stakeholders and supporting updates to engagement documentation as needed.
Ensure SOW creation is not treated as an isolated administrative activity, but as part of a broader engagement process that aligns both companies on how work will be delivered and governed.
Coordinate across Kyriba teams, including professional services, product, customer success, support, partner teams, legal, and commercial stakeholders, to support successful partner engagement.
Facilitate communication between Kyriba’s product and services organizations and the partner’s corresponding teams to ensure clarity on roadmap considerations, solution design, implementation standards, and delivery expectations.
Help translate priorities, constraints, and operating norms between Kyriba and the partner organization so that teams can collaborate more effectively.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that open issues, decisions, risks, and dependencies are visible, owned, and progressing.
Support internal alignment around partner-related initiatives so that Kyriba presents a coordinated and consistent approach to the partner.
Support the creation and maintenance of governance structures for assigned partner engagements, including meeting cadence, stakeholder participation, escalation paths, and decision making processes.
Track engagement health, open actions, risks, and key decisions, ensuring that stakeholders have appropriate visibility and that follow-through occurs.
Serve as an escalation and coordination point when issues arise between Kyriba and the partner, helping ensure that the right parties are engaged and that issues are resolved constructively.
Identify recurring process gaps, communication breakdowns, or structural challenges in the way Kyriba and the partner work together, and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the development of repeatable engagement models, templates, SOW practices, and governance approaches that improve the scalability and quality of partner collaboration.
The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex, cross-functional engagements involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. They should be comfortable operating at the intersection of relationship management, delivery coordination, commercial structure, and partner governance.
6+ years of experience in engagement management, partner management, professional services, program management, customer success, or a related role in enterprise software, SaaS, financial technology, treasury, payments, or banking technology.
Experience working with strategic partners, systems integrators, technology partners, or large enterprise customers.
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading the creation of Statements of Work, engagement plans, project scope documents, or similar commercial and delivery documentation.
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust across organizational boundaries and manage multiple stakeholder groups.
Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across product, professional services, legal, commercial, and partner teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clarify complex topics, document decisions, and facilitate productive discussions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple engagements, priorities, risks, and action items simultaneously.
Practical judgment and business acumen, with the ability to balance relationship health, delivery realities, customer impact, and commercial considerations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.
For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $129,285.00 - $163,507.50 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
