monday.com is now the application layer for AI. This role owns building and running the partner recruitment engine at scale, focused on AI Native partners who can collaborate with us on making concrete AI use cases come to life for customers. You will source the right partners, bring the best options forward for decision, and turn new partners into producing partners fast.

What You'll Do

  • Source and triangulate strategic emerging partners through LinkedIn research, look-alike modeling, and mining our customer base for companies that could drive net-new logos.

  • Craft targeted outreach and follow up strategically at scale.

  • Create collateral as needed and continuously optimize messaging libraries.

  • Run partner info sessions and cohort webinars to convert interest into signed agreements.

  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns, including ads, team banners, and consulting-targeted surveys.

  • Build cohort-specific onboarding and training so partners reach their first dollar fast.

  • Operate a lightweight recruiting cadence and surface qualified, prioritized options for decision-making.

Success Milestones

  • 0-3 months: Learn the programs and partner personas; stand up the recruiting stack; launch the first info session and build a prioritized target list.

  • 3-6 months: Sign and onboard the first cohort; activate through account mapping; support landing the first marquee partner.

  • 12 months: A repeatable recruiting engine producing a steady cohort cadence; most partners reaching first dollar in under 90 days; at least one marquee partner live.

Your Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in partner recruitment, business development, or outbound sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech-adjacent environment.

  • Passionate about connecting the right people and companies - you get genuine energy from building relationships and opening doors.

  • Comfortable engaging C-suite and senior executives; you know how to earn trust quickly at any level.

  • Thrives under uncertainty - you can build structure from ambiguity and keep moving without all the answers.

  • Scrappy and signal-driven; you move fast and know how to prioritize.

  • Strong outbound and relationship-building skills - you detect intent early and follow up with precision.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, monday.com, and standard sales engagement and outreach tools.

  • You use AI tools in your day-to-day work and are curious about how AI is reshaping partner ecosystems. Familiarity with agentic AI tools is a plus.

  • Organized and data-driven: you run a clean pipeline and know which metrics matter at each stage.

  • Nice to have: experience with AI delivery models or partner enablement. MBA a plus.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $178,000-$231,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
