As a Partner Support Manager at Spectrum, you'll champion business excellence by managing key accounts, collaborating across teams and delivering exceptional support. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with master agent and VAR partners
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, order management and other internal groups to ensure seamless account management and partner satisfaction
  • Facilitate strategic business planning sessions and deliver comprehensive business reviews alongside partner Sales Managers
  • Manage order flow, project management, installations and changes to meet partner needs and expectations
  • Resolve complex issues and escalations by researching solutions and coordinating across multiple teams
  • Develop and distribute reporting, review processes and procedures and conduct partner training sessions
  • Guide internal teams in identifying and addressing issues that affect partner accounts

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience
  • 3+ years of related sales or sales support experience

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Capable of delivering presentations to large groups and engaging with customers internally and externally
  • Proven record of building strong working relationships
  • Self-directed with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications
Experience
  • Account management experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry

The base pay for this position generally is between
$70,900.00 and $182,900.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
