DV is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate (rising junior or senior) to join our team and help shape our future partnership strategies. In this fast-paced role, you will support our Sales and Product teams by investigating emerging advertising channels—such as VR, Gaming, DOOH, and Audio—to accelerate new product development. You will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of business development, from cold outreach and relationship-building to cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning. If you are a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, a passion for the ad tech industry, and the ability to confidently present to diverse groups, we want you on our team!

What you’ll do

In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must:

  • demonstrate strong analytical skills and technical competency by seamlessly interfacing with Sales, Product and contacts at the partner companies.

  • think both tactically and strategically, able to help shape DV’s partnership strategy with technology and media partners to enhance our future services

  • be effective navigating a large organization, successfully building relationships across hierarchical levels from executive to field level

  • be comfortable with cold outreach in order to generate relationships and build partnerships from scratch

  • be a strong presenter, including presenting to large groups and participating on industry panels

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Development and Product to accelerate product development in an emerging area by delivering an investigative report into an emerging advertising environment/channel (e.g. VR, Gaming, DOOH, Audio)

  • Work with VP, Growth and Ignition and respective Product leads to develop and refine partnership strategy that will help accelerate future product development.

  • Partner with Sales & DV Product leadership to effectively advocate for DV needs

  • Build relationships on multiple levels within DV and at partner companies to gather the required information to successfully execute the project

Who you are

  • A rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Business, communications or related field is a plus)

  • Demonstrate an interest in technology, digital advertising and/or the ad tech industry

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Feel comfortable working alone or as part of a team

  • Self-starter and self-motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Have a desire to get exposure to all aspects of business development - from communications to product development
