Reporting to the EVP of Global Partnerships, the Partnerships Activation Manager will support and help execute the Global Partner Activation Program across Ennismore properties globally. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination and delivery of partner activations, ensuring contractual commitments are executed accurately, on time, and within budget. This role will work closely with internal teams, properties, and external partners to help ensure partner commitments are delivered accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You must have event experience. The role requires being in the office or attending client meetings at least three days per week.

Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Support the EVP of Global Partnerships in the planning and execution of annual partner activation programs, including reviewing contracts, maintaining activation trackers, and coordinating partner deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain the annual partner activation calendar, communicating timelines, milestones, and deadlines to internal teams and property stakeholders
  • Manage and track partner activation budgets, including monitoring expenses, coordinating individual activation budgets, and ensuring alignment with financial guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute partner activations from start to finish, including:
  • Planning timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinating communications with partners and property teams,
  • Executing marketing deliverables across all touchpoints
  • Managing on-site partner presence when applicable
  • Creating post-activation recap decks and performance summaries
  • Partner closely with internal teams (brand, marketing, operations, and property teams) to ensure activations are executed accurately and consistently.
  • Ensure partner events and activations extend beyond execution and are leveraged as high-impact marketing moments, maximizing ROI and ensuring partnership spend delivers meaningful value.
  • Support Partnerships team operations as needed, including calendar coordination, travel planning, and expense reconciliation.
  • Quarterly domestic travel and a few international trips may be required

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

  • At least 5 years of experience in events, marketing, or partnerships in a hospitality or lifestyle setting required.
  • Events and activation experience required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, expense tracking, and managing spend against commitments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. French language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build clear, polished presentations.
  • You have a can-do attitude. No task is too little or too big.
  • You work well under pressure, can juggle lots of demands & deadlines and are an expert at prioritizing.
  • You are an excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.
  • You are humble and open to ideas. We leave our ego at the door and help get things done.

The annual base salary for this role is starting at $85,000.
