Position Overview

Mulah is seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and expand strategic relationships with referral partners, consultants, business service providers, agencies, brokers, and organizations that serve small and medium-sized businesses. This role is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, building relationships, and driving long-term growth through strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral and strategic partners.
  • Develop relationships with consultants, agencies, brokers, and business service providers.
  • Manage partnership pipelines and business development activities.
  • Create and execute partnership growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize partner success.
  • Track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Mulah at networking events, conferences, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives.
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, lending, or business funding is preferred.
