Chamber Cardio – Where Care Comes Together

About Chamber

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America. At Chamber, we are rebuilding the cardiology system around outcomes rather than volume. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that translate complex insights into better care for patients.

Our model brings together clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers. By combining innovative AI tools with a commitment to human-centered care, we aim to transform heart health at scale.

Role Overview

We are hiring our first Payer Implementation Specialist to support payer implementations and ongoing partner management as Chamber continues to grow. Reporting to the Head of Implementation and Corporate Initiatives, this person will help coordinate work across contracting, go-live, and post-launch support, ensuring internal teams and health plan partners have the information, follow-up, and alignment they need.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and is comfortable building structure in a fast-moving environment. The Payer Implementation Analyst will manage project plans, track open items, prepare partner-facing materials, and help refine Chamber’s payer implementation approach as we scale across multiple contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Project Management

  • Lead day-to-day project management for payer implementations, including project plans, work-streams, timelines, and open items across Chamber teams and payer partners.

  • Support implementations from contracting through go-live by tracking decisions, follow-ups, and outstanding needs.

  • Own intake and documentation for incoming payer requests, ensuring priorities are clear and next steps are documented.

  • Payer Communication & Deliverables

  • Prepare polished payer-facing materials, including project plans, decks, implementation updates, and decision logs.

  • Engage directly with payer partners on implementation calls to manage deliverables, document decisions, and coordinate next steps.

  • Lead select implementation calls while supporting broader payer relationship meetings, with the opportunity to grow into a more independent partner-facing role over time.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Building

  • Work closely with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, and Legal to coordinate implementation work-streams and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Support post-launch payer account management, including monitoring data feeds, reporting needs, and other operational follow-ups.

  • Help build Chamber’s first payer implementation playbook by documenting repeatable steps, lessons learned, and better ways of working as we scale.

What You’ll Achieve in Your First 90 Days

  • Develop a strong understanding of Chamber’s active payer relationships and where each sits in the contracting, implementation, and account management lifecycle.

  • Take ownership of project plans and documentation for at least one live implementation, including open items for Chamber and payer stakeholders.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, and Legal.

  • Begin documenting recurring implementation steps to help build Chamber’s payer implementation playbook.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3–5 years of experience in client-facing implementation roles within healthcare, ideally working directly with health plans.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to build project plans from the ground up, manage multiple work-streams, and keep progress moving with limited oversight.

  • Results-oriented and able to prioritize competing needs while staying focused on the goals that matter most.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment and presence to represent Chamber professionally with payer partners.

  • Comfort working in a start-up environment, where priorities can shift quickly and structure is still being built.

  • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently when needed.

  • Openness to using AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly to improve how work gets done.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Chamber Values

Our values guide how we lead, collaborate, and care:

  • Low Ego: We stay grounded, curious, and open to feedback.

  • Empathy: We build trust through compassion and thoughtful communication.

  • Courage: We take action, think critically, and challenge ideas respectfully.

  • Ownership: We follow through with integrity and hold ourselves to high standards.

  • Grit: We push through ambiguity, move with urgency, and solve problems with horsepower and heart.

Location

  • Remote opportunity with the ability to work Eastern or Central time zone hours.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
