Join a high-visibility team where you'll help shape strategy, drive performance insights, and support key decisions across a leading global payments business. You'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that influence business growth and innovation.

As Senior Associate Business Manager on the Payments team, you will support strategic planning, performance management, and business initiatives for the Digital & Design organization within Payments. You will leverage data, analytics, and executive communications to help leaders make informed decisions and drive business results. Working closely with product managers and business partners, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance performance, streamline processes, and support long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives by partnering with product managers and business stakeholders to improve performance and business outcomes
  • Develop executive presentations and materials that communicate business performance, opportunities, and market insights
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations that support decision-making and strategic priorities
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create reporting and forecasting tools that provide meaningful performance insights
  • Partner with product management, finance, and business teams to coordinate key deliverables and initiatives
  • Drive process improvements and automation efforts in collaboration with data and technology partners

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges
  • Experience working with large and diverse data sets to develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or a related field within financial services

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting product, strategy, or business management functions within financial services
  • Knowledge of payments, treasury services, or related banking products
  • Experience with business performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, or data visualization tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
