Join the Real Estate Payments Sales team!
As a Payments Sales Manager (PSM) in Real Estate, you will be a key leader on the team, and drive the end-to-end client experience. You will develop new business from clients and prospects through effective account planning, building a pipeline of opportunities, development of strong relationships, and the implementation of sophisticated Payments solutions, including treasury services, liquidity, FX, card, and merchant processing. You will be responsible for actively gaining a thorough understanding of the market, the industry in which the client operates, the client's organizational and operating structure, buying process and business objectives to effectively position JPMorgan and Payments solutions.

Job responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive selling strategy
- Develop new, profitable business from prospective clients
- Deepen and grow existing market relationships
- Engage companies at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework
- Partner with internal product stakeholders when representing the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions
- Collaborate with banking, client service, implementations, compliance, operations, product, risk, credit, legal, and other partners in order to optimize delivery
- Understand and comply with all risk, control, and conduct expectations
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 5 + years of experience in cash management, sales, and client relationship management, with a track record of delivering measurable results
- Knowledge and understanding of Payments and Liquidity products
- Competence in assessing new opportunities and contacting key decision makers
- Skilled at account planning, creative solutioning, problem solving, and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong collaboration, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
