Job Summary
This position engages with both prospective and current Nextech clients to identify payment and merchant requirements, develop a qualified sales pipeline, and secure agreements for Nextech Payments’ embedded solutions.

Essential Functions
- Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Nextech Payment solutions using a consultative approach.
- Assess merchant information and workflows to determine client needs.
- Recommend appropriate merchant services, point-of-sale, and payment technologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nextech Payments products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate clients and drive deals to closure.
- Consistently achieve key performance metrics.
- Build and sustain credibility and trust with clients.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in Healthcare Practice Management/EHR, Merchant/Payment Systems, or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales methodologies.
- Skilled in negotiating merchant pricing.
- Skilled in analyzing merchant statements and billing workflows.
- Consistent record of surpassing sales targets.
