As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations team in various functions. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and detailed oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the People Operations Field.
We are focused on candidates who can be onsite in our NYC office at least 3 days per week.
- Maintain accurate employee records: Ensure data integrity in our HRIS and other systems.
- Provide onboarding support for new hires: Initiate background checks, create employee profiles, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist and respond to employee inquiries.
- Develop and maintain existing processes, and map them for automation and streamlining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee inquiries and provide an exceptional employee experience.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing comprehensive support and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, People Operations, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Operations
- Enthusiasm to learn, adapt in a fast-paced, and evolving environment
- To maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
