About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

The role is to build a systematic, scaled approach to paid international acquisition. This role exists to build that from scratch, with full ownership of the channels, markets, budgets, and outcomes.

You'll sit inside the Growth team and own everything related to international performance marketing: programmatic at scale, market prioritization, creative localization, non-traditional acquisition channels, and the measurement infrastructure to know what's actually working. The mandate is funded users and trading volume, not impressions or installs. You'll report directly to leadership and be the person who decides where capital goes and why.

This is the right role if you've built something real in a difficult category, have genuine fluency in crypto, and want accountability that matches your ambition. It's the wrong role if you need a lot of process in place before you can move.

What You'll Do
  • Own international paid acquisition end to end, with clear accountability for funded users, CAC, payback period, and trading volume across every market we operate in.

  • Build and manage our global channel mix from the ground up, leading programmatic as the scaled foundation while identifying and testing non-obvious channels that others haven't prioritized yet.

  • Prioritize markets with discipline, deciding where we invest first based on unit economics, adoption signals, competitive dynamics, and operating requirements, then localizing the full experience properly rather than just translating copy.

  • Build the measurement layer for an on-chain product, including wallet-level attribution, on-chain conversion tracking, geographic holdouts, and incrementality testing that separates real lift from growth we would have captured anyway.

  • Coordinate with legal and compliance on every market we enter, clearing creatives and campaigns against local requirements without letting process become an excuse to move slowly.

  • Support non-traditional acquisition alongside paid media, including creator partnerships, affiliate and referral programs, on-chain incentives, and community-led growth, applying the same rigor to these channels as to media buying.

  • Own forecasting, budget allocation, and channel mix modeling across markets, and build the reporting infrastructure that lets leadership move capital quickly and with conviction.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition, with a clear track record of scaling spend efficiently and owning outcomes, not just executing plans.

  • Deep programmatic expertise at meaningful spend scale, including supply path optimization, inventory quality, fraud mitigation, and audience strategy across multiple markets.

  • Real multi-market, multi-language campaign experience, with genuine judgment about what localizes and what doesn't, and the ability to explain what your unit economics looked like across different geographies.

  • Hands-on use of crypto and on-chain products. You understand how wallets, chains, stablecoins, and on-ramps actually work, not just at a conceptual level.

  • Experience operating in a compliance-heavy or regulated category where market-by-market requirements shaped how campaigns were built and approved.

  • Strong analytical foundation across attribution, incrementality testing, geographic experiments, and cohort economics. You can separate real lift from noise and explain your methodology clearly.

  • Demonstrated ownership of building a channel or market from zero, with the ability to walk through the decisions you made and what you'd do differently.

  • (Plus) Prior growth role at a crypto exchange, wallet, or consumer on-chain product.

  • (Plus) Background in trading, prediction markets, or financial products.

  • (Plus) Experience running creator or affiliate programs with performance-based compensation structures.

  • (Plus) Familiarity with on-chain analytics and attribution tooling, including where each falls short.

  • (Plus) Technical range such as SQL, programmatic SEO, or a habit of building your own tooling when existing solutions aren't good enough.

  • (Plus) Additional languages, or time lived and worked in a market we're prioritizing.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
