Pangram Labs' mission is to protect authenticity by building the world's best AI detection systems. We publish research on state-of-the-art AI detection techniques and algorithms, and build products to bring our technology into people's daily lives.
You'll build the paid function at a category-defining company, backed by real traction, freedom, and budget.
The role
We are looking for high agency, mission-driven, and passionate builders to join our Growth team. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll test, learn, and find the channels that connect us with our audience.
You'll build off of our organic growth, define our paid strategy, and shape product, brand, and content. Pangram serves both consumers and large B2B clients; we need a leader who can grow both, and who's excited to build alongside a talented product and growth team.
All roles are in person in Brooklyn, New York.
ResponsibilitiesTake over our Google Ads program and run it end to end: account structure, keywords, bids, budget pacing, and the experiment roadmap
Launch and test our first non-search channels: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid social channels
Brief and test creative, copy, and landing pages, sourcing freelance or agency support
Maintain a tight feedback loop between creative and performance, shipping new experiments every week
Requirements
5 to 8 years running paid acquisition across multiple channels
Experience building channels from zero
A demonstrated understanding of high-quality creative and copy that convert
Hands-on with conversion measurement
You can reason about CAC, payback, and LTV without a template
