Hybrid role on-site 3 days a week

The Performance Operations Analyst will work within the Investment Management Operations Performance team supporting a broad range of investment strategies, products, and asset classes managed by *** Investment Management. The Performance Operations team is responsible for the accurate, timely, and complete calculation, validation, and reporting of portfolio and benchmark performance results for institutional clients and mutual funds.
This individual will be part of a global team based in the New York office working alongside colleagues across North America and India. The team works closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Reporting, Fund Administration, Technology, Analytics, Risk, and external service providers to support performance measurement and reporting activities. The analyst will gain exposure to performance calculations, benchmark administration, quality control processes, reporting requirements, and operational initiatives while developing strong relationships across the organization.

 

Qualifications:
Experience in investment management operations, performance measurement, performance reporting, fund accounting, or a related financial services discipline.
Knowledge of portfolio performance measurement concepts and benchmark return calculations; familiarity with GIPS standards is a plus.
Understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with performance and analytics platforms such as Aladdin, FactSet, B-One, StatPro, or similar systems is preferred.
Exposure to Python, Power BI, Alteryx, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional maturity, and sound business judgment.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Strong client service focus and ability to build relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders
