Job Title: Blackstone Perpetual Finance - BXINFRA – Assistant Vice President

The Assistant Vice President will play a key leadership role in the financial management, reporting, and operations of a self‑administered, open‑ended private infrastructure fund. The role partners closely with senior internal stakeholders, external service providers, and auditors, with accountability across fund accounting, NAV oversight, liquidity management, and SEC reporting.

Job Description:

  • Own day‑to‑day fund accounting and reporting, including NAV oversight, capital activity, fee and promote calculations, and quarterly close deliverables
  • Lead coordination with internal and external auditors, including audit execution and SOX control oversight
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams on preparation and review of 10‑Q, 10‑K, and other recurring SEC filings
  • Monitor and manage fund liquidity across the structure, supporting investor subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and treasury operations to ensure adherence to the fund’s distribution policy
  • Prepare and review accounting policy memoranda for new transactions and evolving accounting standards
  • Lead and mentor junior team members; contribute to continuous process improvement and ad‑hoc strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 6+ years of public and/or private accounting experience, with exposure to public companies, open‑ended funds, or private markets
  • Strong understanding of SEC reporting and complex fund structures
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and effective in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with strong written and verbal communication skills

Expected annual base salary range:

$135,000 - $200,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
