Job Summary:

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology. This role will manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support clients with coverage strategy and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.

  • Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.

  • Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.

Account Growth and Retention

  • Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.

  • Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.

Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.

  • Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.

Client Success

  • Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.

  • Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Active P&C license

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems

  • Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management experience

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $80,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
