What You'll Do


The Platform Launch Manager position exists to ensure that our technology, products, services, and equipment solutions achieve their full commercial and financial potential.


Focused on Light Industry markets, including Data Centers, Food & Beverage (F&B), Commercial & Institutional (C&I), and Facilities, this role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in product launches, platform commercialization, or equivalent project management experience.


This position is responsible for driving successful platform introductions from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.


Critical activities include launch project selection, cross-functional launch team leadership, strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and stakeholder engagement.


Project Selection & Prioritization
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and prioritization of launch projects to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and financial goals.
  • Assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to support investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership
  • Assemble, lead, and coordinate cross-functional launch teams, ensuring appropriate resources, accountability, and alignment throughout the launch process.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, R&D, and Business Leadership.

Launch Planning & Readiness
  • Oversee development of comprehensive launch packages, including: Sales enablement and training materials Marketing and promotional assets Product and equipment readiness plans Customer support and technical documentation
  • Ensure all launch milestones and readiness criteria are successfully achieved.

Market Launch Execution
  • Lead platform introductions into target markets, ensuring effective execution of launch strategies.
  • Monitor launch performance, market adoption, and competitive activity.
  • Adapt strategies as needed to maximize growth opportunities and market penetration.
  • Identify secondary market opportunities and support long-term portfolio growth and refresh strategies.

Strategic Collaboration
  • Partner with Business Management to address supply chain, operational, and commercial challenges.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Technical Teams to ensure product quality, innovation, and customer value.
  • Serve as a key interface between leadership and launch teams, providing project updates, recommendations, and performance insights.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated success in product launches, platform commercialization, project management, or a comparable role.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Experience within industrial water treatment, light industry markets, chemical solutions, facilities management, or related industries preferred.
  • Excellent strategic planning, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business results.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $142,240.00 and $208,615.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
