About the Role:

CrowdStrike Platform Professional Services is seeking a Sr Manager responsible for supporting our Falcon Platform Operational Services team, which provides long-term support of the CrowdStrike platform and related applications. The Operational Services Sr Manager will own the portfolio of active and pipeline deployments, drive delivery excellence through metrics and reporting, and serve as a key business partner across sales, legal, and go-to-market functions. This role is module-agnostic, supporting the full breadth of CrowdStrike platform engagements, and is ideal for a services leader who thrives at the intersection of people management, business operations, and customer success.

 

What You'll Do:

Portfolio & Delivery Management

• Own and manage the full portfolio of Operational Services deployments, maintaining visibility into project status, health, risks, and milestones across all active engagements
• Track and report on key portfolio metrics including utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value, renewal rates, and delivery quality; use data to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes across the full suite of Falcon platform engagements, escalating and resolving blockers proactively
• Build, operationalize, and curate Services offerings for CrowdStrike Platform Professional Services teams across the breadth of the Falcon platform

Sales & Scoping Support

• Own and coordinate the scheduling and facilitation of scoping calls with prospective and existing customers, ensuring the right internal stakeholders are engaged
• Partner closely with Sales and pre-sales teams to support scoping, SOW development, and requirements gathering for new and expanding engagements
• Serve as a key liaison between Professional Services and the Sales organization to ensure pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and smooth handoffs from sale to delivery

Legal & Contractual Liaison

• Act as the primary point of contact between Professional Services and Legal for contract reviews, SOW approvals, NDAs, and any contractual matters related to service engagements
• Ensure all engagements are properly documented and compliant with CrowdStrike contracting standards, escalating issues to Legal as appropriate

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Operational Services professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and customer focus
• Manage team capacity and resource allocation across the portfolio to optimize utilization and delivery quality
• Anticipate customer needs for professional services by staying informed on new CrowdStrike Falcon module releases, platform capabilities, and emerging industry trends
• Work closely with the Operational Services team to develop customer-facing collateral, playbooks, and documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with CrowdStrike product, engineering, go-to-market, and legal teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes and alignment on service strategy
• Deliver high-quality services, constantly seeking feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve offerings 

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience
• 7+ years of professional experience in professional services, managed services, or technology consulting
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of direct reports in a services or delivery organization
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a portfolio of concurrent customer engagements, including tracking metrics, managing risk, and reporting to leadership
• Experience supporting pre-sales and scoping activities, including facilitating scoping calls, contributing to SOW development, and partnering with Sales teams
• Experience working with Legal teams on contract reviews, SOW approvals, and related contractual processes
• High-level familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, including endpoint security, detection and response, and cloud security — sufficient to engage credibly with customers and internal technical teams (deep technical expertise not required)
• General awareness of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and/or comparable security platforms (EDR, SIEM, SOAR) is a plus
• A proven leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools and reporting
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Currently able to obtain necessary security clearances per customer requirement
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a cybersecurity or SaaS professional services environment
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike products and the breadth of the Falcon platform
• Experience with services operations tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM/PSA platforms
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, PCI, or HIPAA in a services delivery context
• Experience supporting Federal or regulated industry customers

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $160,000 - $220,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
