Responsibilities:
- Interact with many business and IT stakeholders from different functional units in driving the data strategy for the organization by aligning program milestones.
- Understand and monitor total portfolio (Book of Work) financials and resource allocation
- Develop Project Life Cycle process & metrics to ensure quality of project delivery
- Develop Demand management process
- Develop Project billing methodology and client allocation
- Facilitate development and maintenance of project business cases and forecasts
- Access and direct resource management best practice and methodology
- Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them, when applicable
- Report and Analyze overall project portfolio health in terms of delivery, financials, risks.
- Provide senior management portfolio key messages and metrics
- Develop standards for internal client portfolio/program/project reporting
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship building skills - develop partnerships to drive results
- Ability to be effective in a global operating environment
- Experience working across multiple business areas and/ or functions to deliver results
- Experience in managing large portfolio of projects and resource planning
- Excellent skills with Project Portfolio Management(PPM), Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- ITIL Framework knowledge
