Dream Three is a production company founded by an award-winning filmmaker and a Broadway actor. We create high-impact, mainstream stories that awaken consciousness and drive cultural change. Our projects span mediums and genres to include scripted and unscripted, podcasts and music, theater and live events, publishing, and immersive experiences. We are an elite team: focused, high-trust, and relentlessly committed to mastery — not a 9-to-5 comfort zone. If you thrive in environments with radical candor, clear ownership, and big creative swings, you’ll feel at home here.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Coordinating Producer to serve as the operational and strategic backbone of the show. Reporting to the Producer, you'll oversee the production team, define systems and workflows, ensure the show is ad-ready, and contribute to shaping the long-term development of the show. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll build infrastructure but also fill gaps when needed.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

• The Producer steps back from day-to-day supervision to focus on strategy and partnerships.

• Production runs on clear systems—the team knows what's expected and delivers consistently.

• The show is ad-ready with format, deliverables, and tracking in place to support revenue growth.

• Hosts feel supported—approvals move smoothly, and they can focus on being talent.

• You become a trusted thought partner, helping to shape guest strategy, episode direction, and show growth—not just an executor.

WHO YOU ARE

• A systems thinker who builds processes that scale—and holds teams accountable to them.

• Experienced with VIPs and high-profile talent. You know how to manage up, protect brands, and keep approvals moving.

• Fluent in podcast monetization—you've shaped shows for advertising and understand what sponsors need.

• Not precious about hierarchy. You'll run the team and also roll up your sleeves when production demands it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Supervise the Coordinator, Technical Producer, Segment Producer, Social Media Producer, and Show Editor. Run weekly production meetings and maintain dashboards in Airtable/Asana.

• Systems & Process: Define and refine production workflows, checklists, and file management. Manage the production budget and show financials.

• Advertising & Revenue: Ensure the show is ad-ready (markers, loudness, breaks). Spearhead selection of ad services. Manage sponsor deliverables and proof of performance.

• Creative Input: Contribute to guest strategy, episode topics, and show direction. Identify growth opportunities and stay current on the podcast landscape.

• Stakeholder Management: Navigate approval workflows across hosts, Producer, and sponsors. Keep things moving without cutting corners.

• Hands-On Production: Fill coordination gaps as needed. Support live events and on-location recordings. Maintain episode bible, E&O log, and compliance docs.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5+ years in podcast, audio, or content production with supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated experience shaping shows for advertising readiness and revenue growth.

• Experience managing talent, VIPs, or high-profile stakeholders.

• Impeccable communication—clear, concise, and calibrated to the audience.

• Comfort with podcast tools (Riverside, Descript, Captivate, YouTube Studio, etc.).

BONUS POINTS

• Experience selecting and managing advertising networks or monetization platforms.

• Background in talent management, artist relations, or entertainment PR.

• Experience with live podcast events, convention panels, or touring productions.

• Genuine connection to fandom culture, pop culture, or the Broadway/entertainment community.

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

Airtable, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Dropbox, 1Password, Riverside, Zoom, Descript, Adobe Premiere, Frame.io, Captivate.fm, Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts Connect, YouTube Studio.

THE DETAILS

• Hours: ~20–30 hours/week (contract), with flexibility based on production cycles.

• Reports to: Producer

• Supervises: Coordinator, Technical Producer, Segment Producer, Social Media Producer, Editor

• Travel: Local NYC production; occasional out-of-town travel for events.

• Start: ASAP

• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

If this role feels like a stretch in all the right ways, we’d love to hear from you. Tell us how your skills, experience, and unique point of view can level up this team and the stories we’re bringing into the world.
