  • Support hosts with episode preparation: Prepare briefing documents, talking points, key discussion angles, and episode structures to help hosts deliver stronger conversations.

  • Coordinate production workflows: Manage calendars, guest communication, recording logistics, approvals, budgets, schedules, and timelines across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

  • Collaborate with post-production: Work closely with editors and content teams to ensure episodes, clips, thumbnails, titles, and assets are delivered on time and at quality.

  • Improve the format over time: Use audience feedback, analytics, trends, and performance data to continuously improve episode quality, guest selection, and show structure.

  • Build scalable systems: Create repeatable workflows, guest outreach systems, briefing templates, and production processes as the podcast operation grows.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in podcast or content production: You’ve worked on podcasts, interview formats, YouTube shows, or similar media productions with multiple moving parts.

  • Strong organisational skills: You can manage timelines, calendars, stakeholders, and production schedules without things slipping through the cracks.

  • Great communicator: You’re comfortable communicating with executives, creators, guests, and internal teams in a professional and efficient way.

  • Strong editorial and research instincts: You understand what makes a compelling guest, strong conversation flow, engaging content, and insightful research for a business and tech audience.
