Candescent is currently searching for a highly motivated and experienced Pricing Manager to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leadership team by driving deal analytics excellence.

We are seeking a Pricing Manager with strong business intelligence skills, an analytical mindset, and a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will support quoting and pricing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This individual will demonstrate a willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and contribute to the team’s overall success. This highly visible position comes with great responsibility and will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Provide comprehensive and proactive support to the CRO, managing the financial aspect of deal making by driving incremental revenue and profitability.
  • Conducting market research, while monitoring and adapting plans according to industry changes, competitor pricing, or trends
  • Act as the point of contact for sales professionals and their leadership regarding financial inquiries (billing data, forecasting, margin)
  • Interface with Finance colleagues to prepare budgets, forecasts, and revenue planning scenarios
  • Prepare ad hoc reports on pricing KPIs and other measures of growth and profitability

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience with Pricing, FP&A, or another supporting analytics role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks for executive leadership
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Team oriented and self-driven, ability to network & collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Distinctions

  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B environments
  • MBA or graduate work in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Certified Pricing Professional Designation
