Job Summary
This role is within Chamberlain Group’s Finance function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Maintain accurate pricing in SAP as well as provide directions to the Sales and Marketing teams on how pricing or promotions should be executed in SAP by serving as the super user, (ii) research and resolve non-compliance, contractual, and customer promotion deductions by capturing details from customer portal sites, submissions, and salesforce.com and (iii) enforce CG’s pricing policies and procedures. Requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as super user for pricing in SAP by maintaining accurate pricing and providing directions to Sales and Marketing teams on how pricing or promotions should be executed in SAP
Provide recommendations for new pricing scenarios to ensure invoice accuracy
Research and resolve non-compliance, contractual, and customer promotion deductions by capturing details from customer portal sites, submissions, and salesforce.com
Actively support the sales and credit teams to resolve deductions in a timely manner to reduce daily deduction balances
Partner with financial analysts to provide details on deduction claims for month end journal entries
Collaborate with IT & DMO to help create, test, and implement pricing in SAP to guarantee order accuracy for defined validity periods based on evolving business needs
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in customer care or pricing
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge in SAP or equivalent pricing maintenance
Knowledge of process management
Working knowledge of master data management and CRM systems

The pay range for this position is $53,200.00 - $85,975.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
