Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of large, multi-system projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver necessary enhancements and meet the committed project result.
The work model for the role is: Cary, North Carolina; or Bloomfield, CT or Remote #Li-Hyrbid #Li-Remote
This role is contributing to the ELSP, ELSB, ELDS, and ELIP Business units in the North America region. Main stakeholders are Sales, Finance, and Product Management.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and testing activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

  • Sharing knowledge and supporting its application throughout your area of accountability.

  • Increased profitability through established professional pricing infrastructure.

  • Formal acceptance of the project, definition, testing, go-live, and acknowledgment by our internal/external customers

You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in and you enjoy working with SAP, Excel and various testing & reporting tools.

  • You have 10+ years of experience in Electrification industry working with sales, marketing, finance and product management.

  • A strong understanding of pricing processes such as rebates, returns, AVRs and KPIs and electrical industry reporting associations.

  • Strong analytic background with the ability to connect diverse sources of datasets to make strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills working with marketing, sales, and external sources.

  • Demonstration of knowing your customer and keeping them as the focus of all activities and project outcomes.

  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $116,200 and $185,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
