Xceptor Inc. seeks a Principal, Client Success Management for its New York, NY location.

Duties:

Ensure clients maximise benefits from their partnership with Xceptor so that they exceed their objectives, expanding their adoption of Xceptor’s software to achieve operational efficiencies and success. Develop and utilize product knowledge, client adoption experience, relationship management, technical and delivery skills to benefit clients and become a trusted technical advisor. Use expertise, strategic thinking and problem solving to translate client needs into solutions to help overcome challenges on the client’s journey towards intelligent automation. Use understanding of client goals and what success looks like for them, collaborating across teams to achieve this

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field followed by 5 years of progressive experience in the position offered or as an Engagement Manager, Implementation Consultant or a closely related position in both Fintech B2B SaaS and On-Prem environments.

Full term of required experience must include:

  • Utilizing understanding of CRM, analytics and project management tools (including Gainsight, Salesforce, Rocketlane, DevOps, Zendesk and Jira);
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and business and technology stakeholders to ensure continued satisfaction and addressing emerging risks or needs;
  • Using knowledge of programming languages C#, .NET, SQL and XML to oversee technical escalation of NAM projects;
  • Executing KPI-Driven Client Success Management (including GRR, NRR, ARR, NPS and CSQL’s);
  • Developing technical design solutions for financial services clients;
  • Employing knowledge of automation, AI and an understanding of such technology to streamline operations, specifically within Banking and Capital Markets;
  • Advising and managing SaaS clients by ensuring successful adoption of the SaaS solutions and process optimization through proactive account management;
  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in Banks, Custodians, Asset & Investment Management, and Fund Administrators; and Managing 10 or more client relationships simultaneously.
