The Principal Program Manager, Technical Product Learning will define and scale Datadog’s product enablement strategy for Technical Solutions, ensuring technical field teams have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support and position our rapidly evolving product portfolio. This highly cross-functional role partners closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Solutions leadership, and subject matter experts to translate product strategy, roadmaps, and launches into impactful learning experiences. From early roadmap awareness through field rollout, you will help drive readiness, adoption, and long-term product expertise across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep technical credibility, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a track record of leading complex programs that influence business outcomes at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and execute the product enablement strategy for Technical Solutions teams, aligning learning priorities with product roadmaps, launches, and business objectives
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Solutions Operations, and field leadership to translate product changes into scalable enablement plans and field readiness programs
  • Design and deliver blended learning experiences including onboarding, everboarding, certifications, live training, hands-on labs, sandbox environments, and on-demand resources
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder groups, including ownership of the Product Steering Committee, to drive enablement prioritization, feedback collection, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Develop scalable approaches for introducing new products, acquisitions, and emerging technologies while equipping teams with the technical knowledge and customer-facing positioning needed for success
  • Measure program effectiveness through data-driven analysis and provide strategic recommendations that improve learning outcomes, operational efficiency, and business impact

Who You Are:

  • Deeply familiar with Datadog products, platform capabilities, and customer use cases, with experience operating in a technical customer-facing environment
  • Experienced in Technical Solutions, technical enablement, product management, product marketing, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or a related technical function
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and earn trust with Director-level and above leadership across multiple organizations
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into engaging and effective learning experiences for technical audiences
  • Experienced partnering with subject matter experts to build certifications, hands-on labs, live training programs, and scalable technical learning resources
  • A highly collaborative, accountable, and strategic communicator who independently drives complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
