How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and define the UX/UI vision and strategy for Spectrum's digital sales channels across internet, wireless/mobile and TV/entertainment offerings
- Drive experience design strategies that increase customer acquisition, simplify purchase journeys and support seamless engagement across channels
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enhance cross-functional workflows from discovery through optimization
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate concept exploration, prototyping and iteration, reducing ambiguity and improving efficiency in requirements and handoffs
- Align product intent, design execution and engineering delivery to achieve business objectives
- Champion scalable design systems, reusable patterns and thorough documentation to support rapid, consistent development
- Influence practices that unite designers, product managers and developers early for more effective collaboration

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- Advanced degree in a design-related discipline or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI design
Experience
- 9+ years solving UX problems in eCommerce
- 5+ years leading teams in large complex taxonomies
- 9+ years leading UX teams on complex deliverables aligned with business goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in telecom, cable, broadband, wireless, or mobile environments, focusing on digital customer and agent experiences
- Expertise in designing UX for offer presentation, product discovery, and sales workflows in subscription-based businesses
- Familiarity with cable and mobile sales processes, including product comparison and conversion strategies
- Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, or Amdocs that influence digital design
- Understanding of promotional strategies, pricing optimization, and their impact on UX and conversion
- Ability to design for telecom environments involving billing dependencies and configuration rules
- Proficiency in using analytics and customer insights to enhance digital experiences
- Experience collaborating in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments with AI-enabled tools for efficient design iteration
