You will:

  • Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute the Segment Marketplace strategy in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Compliance: Ensure the Segment Marketplace adheres to emerging compliance changes and regulations. Collaborate with legal, data ethics, and commercial teams to ensure our marketplace remains ethical and legal.

  • User Experience: Lead efforts to improve user experience within the Segment Marketplace. Drive product design and enhancements to ensure a seamless experience for users.

  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Prioritize product features and improvements based on user feedback and market trends.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver high-quality products.

  • Data Privacy: Manage and implement data privacy and protection measures across the Segment Marketplace.

  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize technical knowledge to guide product development, including integration of APIs and other marketplace tools.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics to optimize user experience and compliance adherence.

  • Leadership: Provide leadership and mentoring to fellow PMs and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

About you: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focusing on marketplace products.

  • Ecosystem Experience: Experience within the Adtech and Martech space, preferably with experience owning a data marketplace.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and experience working with compliance-focused product areas.

  • User Experience: Extensive experience in improving user experience for online platforms, preferably in the marketplace sector.

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, product development tools, and data protection technologies.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading product teams and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $200,000 to $234,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
